From skeptic to superfan

Unbeatable location right across from the Royal Palace! ! The staff went out of their way to assist us, making our stay truly enjoyable with helpful recommendations and a warm atmosphere.

The bathrooms were on the small side, might need some getting used to for travelers after a long day exploring the city.

thrilling to have a view, but my shower was quite the disaster, it was slow and awkward without the knob. I almost could've overlooked this, but no one seemed to care about my concerns! Also, absolutely no complimentary wine? it surely woudl ve been a lovely touch for such a so-called classy place.

Room smelled pleasant, but kitchen lacked utensils.

The Premium Double Room was spacious and super clean, with comfy beds and soft pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. Plus, the view of the Royal Palace from our room was amazing! The air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver. Just a heads-up, the bathroom wasn't huge but it did the trick. All in all, a lovely spot to chill out after a day of exploring!

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the breathtaking view of the Royal Palace from my room. The room was spacious and clean, making my downtime very comfortable. Alina at the reception was incredibly helpful, even lending us her umbrella during a rainy day, which added a personal touch to our visit. However, I found the in-room coffee options a bit lacking, as they only offered instant packets.

We loved our stay here, especially the spacious rooms which were perfect for our family with a toddler. The view of the Royal Palace was stunning from our panoramic view room, and the location made it easy to explore the area’s attractions.

My children wanted more playground options nearby.

The location was excellent right in front of the Royal Palace and beautiful gardens. The staff were very helpful and the room was bright and clean. Also, we loved how close we were to the Opera metro station.

No faults whatsoever.

The view from the Double Room with Panoramic View is nothing short of spectacular, giving you a front-row seat to the palace gardens. A solid touch is the stylish decor that mirrors royal charm, making you feel like you're living in luxury.

Access to the building can be tricky at night, as the entrance isn’t well-lit, leading to some confusion getting in. Also, while the music from the nearby gardens was charming initially, it turns out it's a bit relentless after a few days, affecting the overall tranquility of your stay. Lastly, the bed quality could use some improvement. a queen size and better bedding would truly elevate the experience.
